PRIZE: One Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Grand Prize consists of winner's choice of one (1) of the following: a Psion Teklogix NEO; a Psion Teklogix Ikôn; or a Psion Teklogix WORKABOUT PRO. No prize substitution will be available, except at the sole discretion of Ryzex.

RANDOM DRAWING: Drawing to be held on or about 9/29/2009. A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: Drawing open to anyone age 18 or older on or before 9/22/2009. Employees of Ryzex, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies or partner companies, advertising and promotion agencies, printing and mailing companies, and immediate family and household members of each are not eligible to win. GENERAL: By entering this drawing, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official drawing Rules and the decisions of the judges. Winner will be notified by email. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. If the winner is unable to be contacted (or does not respond) via email or telephone within 7 days of initial notification, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. All income taxes on the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions or cash redemption of prize as offered except as provided herein. Prize is non-transferable. By accepting the prize, winner releases Ryzex from any and all liabilities with respect to the prize and any travel related thereto, and acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, or suspend this drawing should any computer virus or other technical difficulty beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the drawing and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor. Participants must provide a valid e-mail address if entering online. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the drawing or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the “authorized account holder,” person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of the Official Rules.
